Q. WHY WAX?
Waxing, unlike shaving, removes hair directly from the roots leaving your skin nice and smooth for weeks.

Q. HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR NEED TO BE?
For best results, the hair length should be about 1/4 inches long. When in doubt, it is better the hair be longer than shorter.

Q. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET WAXED?
The recommended time between waxing is 5 weeks.

Q. I JUST SHAVED, HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE GETTING WAXED?
The recommended time after shaving is 3 weeks.

Q. I AM GOING ON VACATION, HOW SOON BEFORE SHOULD I GET WAXED?
The recommended time before going on vacation or preparing for any big event (ie. wedding day) is 2-3 days. This will allow any redness to pass.

Q. WILL I BE PUT INTO ANY AWKWARD POSITIONS?
Not at all. All of our services require you to be laying on either your front or back.

Q. I'M A WAX VIRGIN, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Don't be shy, there's a first time for everything! Just tell your Stripper that it's your first time and she'll walk you through the entire process step by step.

Q. BIKINI, FRENCH BIKINI, BRAZILIAN - WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Bikini removes hair from just the sides. French Bikini removes hair from the top and sides. Brazilian removes everything - front, back and everything in between!

Q. SPEEDO, SUPER SPEEDO, MANZILIAN - WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Speedo removes hair from just the sides. Super Speedo removes hair from the sides and all around the man bits leaving the top area. Manzilian removes everything - front, back and everything in between!

Q. STRIP WAX OR HARD WAX - WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Strip wax is our most popular form of waxing and removes hair using a cotton strip. Hard wax hardens when applied, shrink-wraps around the hair follicles and is removed without the aid of cotton strips, taking the hair with it. Hard wax is great for coarse hair and sensitive areas.

Q. DO YOU DOUBLE DIP?
Never. We are proud to be Vancouver's first Beauty Safe Certified waxing salon. We take every step to ensure the highest level of sanitation.

Q. WHAT IS A VAJAZZLE?
Vajazzling is the process of applying Swarvorski Crystals to freshly waxed skin in various shapes such as hearts, butterflies and stars. This usually lasts between 4-7 days.
